Return window

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

Full refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You received a damaged item

• You received the wrong item

• The item does not match the product description

If the issue is our fault, both frame and lenses are fully refunded.

Partial refund (customer preference)

If you are not satisfied without a fault on our side:

• The frame cost will be refunded

• The lens cost will be deducted, as lenses are custom-made

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Returns must be approved before sending the item back
